Tickets on sale for Jonkoping leg

Tickets are now available to watch elite-level curling in third leg of the Curling World Cup

You can now get your hands on tickets for the highly-anticipated third leg of the Curling World Cup in Jonkoping, Sweden, and see home favourites Team Anna Hasselborg and Team Niklas Edin in action.

Jonkoping will be the final chance for the rinks from ten nations to book an automatic place in the Curling World Cup Grand Final in Beijing next May.

Five days of action on the ice commence on 30 January at 15:00 at the Jonkoping Curling Hall – also known as the National Curling Arena – with three ticket options available: Game (one session), Morning (two sessions) and Day (all three sessions).

Hasselborg, who has skipped her team to three titles already this season, is excited about the prospect of competing in front of a home crowd.

She said: “We are super happy to have such a big competition such as the Curling World Cup here in Jonkoping. It’s great for us to get all of our Swedish fans and supporters to come and watch us playing at this high level here in Sweden.

“We are really looking forward to playing in Jonkoping and hope we will have a great crowd to support us.”

There will be a ‘Fan Corner’ in the centre of Jonkoping with curling-related activities to get involved in. Then, at the arena an additional ‘Fan Corner’ will be hosted and will include food, drinks and interviews to enjoy alongside elite-level curling – and with Sweden boasting the number one ranked rinks on the women’s and men’s tour, the atmosphere will surely be electric.
