Jennifer Jones is an icon of the sport. The Olympic gold medallist became the first female skip to go through an Olympic Games unbeaten - in Sochi 2014 - and is a two-time world champion. In 2019, sports broadcaster TSN voted Jones as the greatest female Canadian curler of all time.
- A six-time Scotties champion, Jones is married to a fellow world champion curler, Brent Laing and have two children together.
- Jones attended the University of Manitoba and earned a BA in psychology, as well as an LL.B. She later became a lawyer and is now a senior legal adviser.
