A vice-skip to Jennifer Jones for nine years, Kaitlyn Lawes has had quite the career - and she has only just reached 30! The Manitoban became the first Canadian curler, alongside John Morris, to win two Olympic gold medals. After capturing her maiden gold with Team Jones in Sochi, Lawes won the first mixed doubles event at an Olympic Games with her partner Morris.

  • Lawes attended the University of Manitoba to study nutrition and in her spare time enjoys travelling and doing other sports such as golf, volleyball, swimming and fishing.
